The terms below are shown as a disclaimer for your review. A contract will be mailed out to you with instructions on how to sign it.

Payment disclaimer

Your payment information and invoice will be emailed to you with instructions on how to make a payment. Your first invoice includes the first month's payment plus the one-time startup cost and applicable taxes. No payment details are collected on this form.

Initial term: Service begins with a 12-month commitment.

Automatic renewal: The agreement renews for another 12-month term unless either party gives written notice at least 30 days before the current term ends.

Price changes: The monthly price remains fixed during the current term. Dealer Checkout may change pricing only for a renewal term after providing advance written notice.

Startup timeframe: Account setup and go-live may take up to 7 days from the signed agreement. Billing begins with the first invoice at signing, not at go-live.

Early cancellation: If the dealership ends service before the current term expires, all unpaid monthly fees for the remainder of that term become immediately due, subject to applicable law and the signed contract.
